Koloman (Kolo) Moser (1868-1918)

Kolo Moser studied at the Academieder bildenden Künste (1886-1892) and at the Kunstgewerbeschule in Vienna (1893-1895). He was a founder member of the Vienna Secession (1897), professor at the Kunstgewerbeschule in Vienna (1899-1918), and artistic director of the Wiener Werkstätte (1903-1907), which he co-founded. After leaving the Wiener Werkstätte, he devoted himself mainly to painting.
