Bohemian glass beaker

c. 1845 Lime colored cut glass beaker. This Bohemian glass has a yellowish-green fluorescent hue achieved by adding uranium to the color stain. It was developed by a German, Josef Riedel, circa 1830, who named the technique after his wife 'Annagruen' (Anna green). Height: 5"
